The Lahore High Court has taken an affidavit from the heads of the Tosha Khana case about being classified.

Justice of Lahore High Court who is Asim Hafeez presided over the hearing on the case filed against the Tosha Khana case, the court questioned that this document is classified and what the lawyer says about it.
When the court asked the question, the Additional Attorney General said that the secretary of the Cabinet Division has given an answer to this, let me tell you that in 1973, the Tosha Khana was transferred from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Cabinet Division and no Pakistani citizen gives these gifts.
On this, the court asked if the gifts are sold, then how is it classified? If we receive an affidavit that all information is classified, the court will not disclose it again, and it may be that if the court wants to know what information is and what is not, you tell us how all the information is classified.
On this, the Additional Attorney General asked the court to give me some time so that I can submit the affidavit, on which the court told him that you will also give the affidavit and reveal the records, and we will conduct the next hearing in closed room.
When the court took the affidavit from the Tosha Khana leaders, they asked the lawyers to submit the affidavit of the Tosha Khana within 2 weeks so that the hearing could proceed.
Along with this, the court adjourned the hearing of this case till February 7, keeping in mind all these things.
