The Apple has been producing iPhones in India for a long time, but now there has been a significant increase in The offer of devices there.
According to a Bloomberg report, during the last financial year, Apple produced iPhones worth 9.3 Billion dollars in India.

The report further stated that during the fiscal year ending March 2023, Apple transport more than five billion dollars of iPhones from INDIA to other countries, which was 4 times more than in 2021.
The report said that in 2022, around 7% of “Apple’s iPhones” produced globally will be produced in India. Earlier in 2021, only one percent of iPhones were produced in India.
The report further stated that Apple will try to construct the iPhone 15 series in China as well as in India.
If this happens, it will be the first time that new iPhones will be produced in 2 countries simultaneously.
This decision by Apple has been made at a time when the tension between Beijing and Washington is increasing.
