In this regard, a three-member bench was heard, which was considered by Justice Ijaz-ul-Hasan, in which the court raised its voice against the decision of the service tribunal and sent a notice to the federal government.
In this, CCPO lawyer Abid Zubair said that Ghulam Mahmood Dogar was reinstated by the Federal Tribunal, but despite this, the two-member bench of the Source Tribunal declared the decision illegal, whereas the law says that two members of the tribunal The decision of the bench cannot be suspended by any other bench.
On this, Justice Ijaz asked that how a bench of the tribunal can decide another bench? The lawyers replied that the application was still under consideration, but they were still suspended.
On this, Justice Mazahir asked how the Lahore High Court can decide that this application is not acceptable.
On this, the court not only restored the CCPO but rejected the application as indefinite.
It should be remembered that Ghulam Mahmood was asked by the federal government to report the establishment, but he did not follow it due to which he was suspended.
Along with this, the PTI people vandalized the Governor House Lahore while protesting. In this regard, Ghulam Mahmood was also accused that he could not protect the Governor House due to which there was damage here.
