The IHC has Fixed IMRAN KHAN’s Bail appeal in the “Cipher Case” for Hearing.
The Registrar of the IHC has clarified the cause list for next week, in which the PTI CHIEF’s Bail plea will also be heard.
The trial of this -Case- will be held on Monday, September 25, or the trial of this CASE will be conducted by Justice Amir Farooq.
However, the COURT has also publish a NOTICE to the @FIA for arguments in this case.
Earlier, the @Special Court, enact under the OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT, had Rejected the BAIL Pleas of the Ex PM or Shah Mehmood, looking into the disappearance Case.
