The Considering the payment of Funds for the Election in Punjab and KP, the State Bank or ECP have submitted the report to the SC.
It has been learned from important sources that the Election Commission has made it clear that funds cannot be found for management Elections.

Along with this, the Ministry of Finance has also submitted the report to the Supreme Court and this report was submitted by the Finance Secretary who is Hamid Yaqub.
The report which has been submitted by the Ministry of Finance has also included the details of the judgment of the Cabinet while it has also included the details of the assistance give to the State Bank.

Reason for Non-Remittance in State Bank Report:
