Justice Aminuddin, a member of the 5-member bench formed by the Supreme Court in the case of postponing the date of election in Punjab and KP, has excused himself from hearing the case further.
When Justice Aminuddin refused to hear the case, the 5-member bench collapsed.
When this 5-member bench of the Supreme Court assembled to hear the case, the Chief Justice of Pakistan said that Justice Amin wanted to say everything.
Justice Aminuddin had said that he could not hear the case anymore and had excused himself from hearing the case in view of the March 29 hearing.
He said that he apologizes for hearing the case in the context of the decision taken by (Justice Qazi) Faiz.
After “Justice Amin” said all this, the 5-member bench left the Supreme Courtroom.
You told that after that this bench was broken, now a new bench will be formed for further investigation of the case which will further the hearing of the case.
Order To Adjourn all Cases of Automatic Notice:
Along with this, on March 29, the Supreme Court has also issued an order to delay all cases under “Article 184‘, which is automatic notice, until the rules are made.
Apart from this, the court gave 20 additional marks to Hafiz Qur’an in a 3-member bench headed by Justice Qazi.
Let us also inform you that this bench includes both Justice Amin and Justice Shahid and the decision that was taken was clarified in the ratio of two to one.
