The EC has given an important decision on the application regarding PTI’s Election symbol.

Let us tell you that the Election Commission had sent a notice regarding the PTI intra-party election on August 2, in which it was said that if the PTI does not conduct the intra-party ELECTION, they will not be given the bat sign.

While the hearing was being held, PTI’s lawyer Barrister Gohar said that before the change in the Constitution, there were intra-party elections after which we withdrew the amendments.

Apart from this, DD Law Saima of the EC said that if the Election Commission wants, it can pardon the PTI in the case.

However, the decision of PTI’s intra-party election was Safe by the EC on September 13.

According to the safe decision made by the EC earlier, PTI’s intra-party ELECTION were not transparent under the constitution and PTI’s intra-party elections were also invalid.

After that, the EC decided that PTI should conduct the intra-party election within 20 days, if they do not conduct the election under any circumstances, they will not be given the bat symbol, or they will be disqualified for their election symbol.
