The “High Court of ISL” has invalidated the catch warrant which was canceled in the ToshaKhana case opposed to IMRAN KHAN.
The {khan sahib} also submitted a request to cancel the catch permit in the (Toshakhana case) through his lawyer named Khawaja Haris.
The hearing on this case was conducted by the CJ of IHC whose name is Aamir Farooq and two lawyers of IMRAN KHAN arrived in the court in this case. Which the court affirmed this letter illegal.
Along with this, the present documents of Khan was lost in this case, on which the IG ISL or the trial court called for the documents.
On this, the court asked him to suggest the missing file within 10 days.
Let us tell you that on March eighteen, the court suspend Imran Khan’s catch warrant letter or handed over the matter to the “SESSION JUDGE” or the JUDGE upheld the warrant, on which (Imran Khan) approached the ISL High Court.
