The time to enter the polling hall was kept till 10:30 am and 4 booths were set up outside the Arts Council where the process of identification of people started in which the elected representatives were given their vote cards after showing their identity cards. However, people are not allowed to carry mobile phones in the council.
The Election Commission of this region says that the election process will be done through a show of hands in which 246 elected chairmen will vote, but 121 people with half-seats will also vote. Was also ordered to be brought.
