The Petition filed opposed to the Arrest of (Imran Khan) in the SCP has been fixed for Hearing.
The PTI chairman’s catch was Challenged in the SC on May TEN and the plea was Filed by PTI Leader Fawad Chaudhry.
In this petition, it was said that the Arrest of Khan Sahib is illegal OR the order given by the IHC that the Catch of Khan is LEGAL should be Declared NULL or void, or he should be provide before the COURT.
In this regard, the Hearing of this case will be conducted today at 2 pm in the SC or this case will be headed by CJ Umar Atta or will be heard on a 3-member bench.
Let us tell you that NAB had arrested the Former PM from the Court or took him to NAB Rawalpindi.
