Judge Tariq Bitar reopened the investigation of the case after two years.
It was found out from the media of other countries that the prime minister Hassan Diab and 2 ministers of Lebanon have been indicted for the blast in Beirut.
Also, the charges against the 3 judges could not be proved, so they were released.
The arrest and investigation of the blast was delayed due to several legal challenges against Judge Tariq Bitar, which prevented him from solving the case.
Let us tell you that this explosion at the port of Beirut took place in 2020 and the reason for this was the millions of tons of ammonium nitrate there. In this explosion, 222 people died while 6 to 7 thousand people were seriously injured.
