The Supreme Court of Pakistan has invalidated the Review of Orders and Judgments Act, after which a solution has been found in the government.
According to the statement issued by the Supreme Court, a unanimous decision was taken on the Review of Orders and Judgments Act, while the Supreme Court is against this act, but its detailed report has not yet come out, but this report will be released later.
Apart from this, Justice Munib of the Supreme Court has also written an additional notice related to the Review of Orders and Judgments.
Along with this, the report of the Supreme Court said that this Act was proposed by the Parliamentary Legislation, so the Supreme Court said that this Act has no status and it is declared null and void.

The Supreme Court held a hearing against the Review of Judgments and Orders Act, on which the Attorney General asked that these petitions be dismissed, while the petition filed by the PTI sought to declare the constitutional amendment necessary.
