The Balochistan High Court has decided to quash all the FIRs against PTI Senator Azam Swati.
All the FIRs against Azam Swati were heard in the Balochistan High Court because Azam Swati’s son had appeal the Balochistan High Court to quash the FIR against his dad.
An FIR was filed against Azam Swati in 5 areas including Kuchlak, Hub or Zhob etc. or the police arrested Azam Swati from Islamabad and brought him to a police station in Quetta.
Yesterday, the High Court of Balochistan issued an order not to register any FIR against Azam Swati.
Along with this, today the Balochistan government issued an order to kill all the FIRs against Azam Swati.
The IG has also sought the report of the cases registered against Azam Swati.
