The Lahore High Court has issued an order on the request for gifts found in Tosha Khana since 1947.
The Lahore High Court has issued notices to the Cabinet Division and the Parliamentary Ministry till January 16, in which they have written that both of them should submit the records for inspection by the court.
The court also said that the cup should be told why the details of all the gifts were not brought forward. What will be the impact on the public interest, and what will be the loss after all these settlements are done?
The court also made it clear that when everything comes out, our international relations will be damaged. What argument do the public have to give to hide all this? where the only sovereignty belongs to Allah.
Apart from this, the court said that after the gift becomes an asset, the people and the government have the right to declare it. Can the gifts received by the Prime Minister and President of Pakistan be claimed now? It is very important to get all these questions unanswered and submit the reports as soon as possible.
