The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has dissolved the Assembly, or he has done this on the advice of the CM and the Governor has also signed the application of dissolution of the Assembly.
CM Mehmood Khan give an application to the Governor on Wednesday to dissolve the Assembly.
Apart from this, Mehmood Khan, who is the CM of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said that for the sake of the city, he has decided to dissolve the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly or will bring the government to the country after the elections.
When a summary was sent to the Governor by the CM, the Governor signed the summary.
When the governor signed the summary dissolving the assembly, by doing so the local cabinet was also dissolved.
Along with this, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who is Ghulam Ali, said that in view of the 1973 Constitution and in view of Article 112, I dissolve the Assembly and under Article 224, the Chief Minister who is currently the Caretaker Minister. Will remain until appointed higher.
It has been learned from important sources that the appointment of the Chief Minister has to be done by the Governor with the advice of the opposition party and the current Chief Minister and this will be done in three days.
Later, the governor sent the announcement of the dissolution of the assembly to the chief minister as well as the opposition party.
