The son of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has decided to return home after 4 years. He will return to Pakistan on December 11.
Salman Shahbaz performed Umrah in Saudi Arabia before returning home and returned to Britain.
Islamabad High Court ordered Selman Shehbaz to appear in his court by December 13. Aamir Farooq, who is currently the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, reconsidered the request for protection of Salman Shehbaz.
Salman Shehbaz’s lawyer Amjad Pervez told the Chief Justice that it has been 4 years since Salman Shehbaz went to UK, but an FIR was filed against him in his absence and the court told him that the security bond will not be given in the absence of the client.
On this, Salman Shahbaz’s lawyer said that Salman Shahbaz will return home on December 11. I request you to postpone Salman Shahbaz’s arrest until he comes to court from the airport.
Along with this, the lawyer also presented his air ticket in the court.
Keeping all these things in mind, the Islamabad High Court decided to stop the arrest of Suleiman Shehbaz at the airport upon his return to Pakistan and asked Suleiman Shehbaz to surrender himself in the court by December 13. The hearing was adjourned.
