Speaking to the media, US Secretary of State Ned Price says that we think that the Taliban cannot fulfill their promise that Afghanistan will not become a hiding place for terrorists again.
Ned Price says during a press briefing in Washington that we have assets to fight terrorists or when Emir Ayman al-Zawahiri died, we used all those assets.
Ned Price meanwhile also said that if there is terrorism again in Afghanistan, there will be war, and we will do whatever we have to do for that, and we will ensure the protection of our interests.
He added that we have seen other nodes of the outlawed TTP being dismantled, but now we have to see that terrorists do not use Afghanistan as a launch pad to attack Pakistan.
Ned Price also said that Pakistan is a great country, or we value the relationship we have with them, or we are ready to work with anyone who works in the region. Or we believe in going deep with Pakistan as a priority.
Talking about Pakistan, he said that Pakistan receives grant-in-aid from the IMET program in that it provides them with education and technical courses.
The US State Department also said that due to this program, the military relationship between our two countries is stable, it is to further develop our relationship, and it provides Pakistan with more facilities to deal with difficulties.
When asked about Dr. Asad becoming an American foreigner, he replied that we always deny these false rumors and let you know that we are only in the constitutional interest of Pakistan.
He finally said that we do not favor the personalities living in Pakistan over each other, we are only in favor of their constitutional interest.
